Our organization is seeking a full-time dental hygienist.
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
NO LATE NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS!
Location: 3030 N. Ballard Road, Appleton, Wisconsin 54911
Compensation: Bi-weekly hourly pay ranging from $45 to $50, with the option to enroll in Daily Pay for immediate access to earned wages.
Potential to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!
We provide Arestin, iTero, and continuing education coverage!

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Open to both recent graduates and experienced hygienists.
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care for overall dental health maintenance.
- Clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed prior to starting employment. Arrangements for the test will be made during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
