Job Description

Part-Time/Full-Time Dental Receptionist – Private Practice (Naples, FL)

About Us: We are a well-established private dental practice with 12 years of success in Naples. We pride ourselves on a stress-free, professional work environment and a tight-knit team. We're looking for the right fit to join us as a Dental Receptionist – whether you're looking for part-time or full-time hours, we are open to discussion. This is a direct, no-nonsense office – if you’re not serious about work or can’t be punctual, please do not apply.

This is an opportunity to join a private practice environment that offers a level of care and patient service that’s becoming increasingly rare as corporate dentistry expands. We are committed to maintaining the integrity and quality of traditional private practice and we need the right team to help us continue that mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients and manage the appointment schedule.

  • Answer phones, confirm appointments, and coordinate patient scheduling.

  • Verify insurance benefits, collect payments, and maintain records.

  • Coordinate with the dental team for efficient patient flow.

  • Handle general front office tasks and keep the space organized.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Dental or medical office experience strongly preferred.

  • Software Skills: Familiar with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.).

  • Communication: Friendly, professional, and clear communicator.

  • Work Ethic & Reliability: Punctual and dependable – we value consistency.

What We Offer:

  • Flexibility: Open to part-time or full-time based on the right candidate.

  • Work Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (or part-time within those hours).

  • Benefits: PTO, 401(k) with match, gym membership.

  • Growth: Path to Assistant Manager for a standout performer.

  • Environment: A stress-free, non-corporate, and supportive dental office.

How to Apply: If you're looking for a long-term home in a respectful, high-integrity practice, we’d love to meet you. Apply with your resume and references.
