We are expanding our product team and looking for a talented Product Manager with deep expertise in credit card platforms and payments APIs.Job Summary:We’re seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our credit card and payments API offerings. You will play a key role in defining product strategy, managing end-to-end product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure payment solutions.Key Responsibilities:Own the product roadmap for credit card features and payments APIs.Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful features.Define and document detailed product requirements and user stories.Analyze industry trends and competitive offerings to inform product strategy.Collaborate with issuer processors, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and payment gateway providers.Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS).Define KPIs and monitor product performance post-launch.Drive partner integrations and third-party API connections.Act as the subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:4–7 years of product management experience, with a focus on credit cards and/or payments APIs.Strong understanding of payment processing flows, card issuance, authorization, clearing/settlement, and disputes.Hands-on experience working with APIs and developer documentation.Familiarity with card networks, issuer processors, and fintech ecosystems.Experience with Agile development practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in fintech or banking.Familiarity with tokenization, fraud tools, KYC/AML, and PCI compliance.Prior experience integrating with platforms like Stripe, Marqeta, Galileo, or similar.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsGenerous PTO and flexible work environmentOpportunity to work on cutting-edge fintech products
