Job Summary:

We’re currently hiring a skilled and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to support operations at our busy worksite. This role requires experience operating skid steers, forklifts, and general unloading equipment. Ideal candidates are punctual, hardworking, and familiar with fast-paced, outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steers, forklifts, and other heavy equipment to load/unload materials
• Move pallets, debris, or construction materials around job site or warehouse
• Perform daily safety checks and report any maintenance needs
• Assist with general labor tasks when not operating machinery
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times
• Communicate clearly with ground crew and supervisors

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating skid steers and forklifts (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Forklift Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
• Team player with a strong work ethic
