This full-time position offers a supportive work environment where you will contribute to the dealership's success by providing excellent customer service and maintaining smooth office operations.Job DetailsSalary: From $12 to $14 per hourJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Merrillville, IN 46410Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PMPrimary DutiesGreet and assist customers promptly and professionally to create a positive first impression.Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.File receipts, permits, and documents accurately to support effective record keeping.Assist other employees by sharing information and improving business operations and customer service.Ensure productivity, cost control, and company customer service standards are met.Manage customer complaints and facilitate appropriate resolutions.Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment demonstrating professionalism and integrity.Follow company policies, ethical standards, and work schedules to support a dependable team atmosphere.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a dealership administrative setting requiring regular interaction with customers and guests in person. The work involves sitting, standing, talking, hearing, and moving throughout the facility. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds is required.
