Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a pivotal role supporting PreK–8th grade students as a School Psychologist for a full-time, contract opportunity. This position takes place onsite within a vibrant educational environment, requiring 40 hours per week for the 2026-2027 academic year. With the exact caseload to be determined, your expertise will be instrumental in addressing a range of student needs and providing valuable support to both staff and families.
Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Arizona Educator Certificate
- Active IVP Fingerprint Card, in compliance with state regulations
- Experience or strong knowledge in working with PreK–8th grade students
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with students, staff, and parents
- Adaptability and openness to working in a dynamic educational setting
- Willingness to commit to an onsite-only assignment
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and timely evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies that promote students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education planning
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to provide holistic student support
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with local and state guidelines
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that enables every student to succeed
