Located in vibrant Watertown, MA, this full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000/year, depending on experience, along with an exceptional benefits package. The Food and Beverage Manager will work full-time with varying shifts within our business hours of 10 AM to 12 AM. Flexibility is essential as you will manage the dining operations during peak periods and oversee special events.


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

As our Food and Beverage Manager, your day will start with planning the dining room set-up based on anticipated guest counts and handling reservations to maintain a smooth dining experience. You will supervise and train your dedicated dining room staff, conducting pre-meal meetings to relay any pertinent information about the day's service. Throughout the day, you will inspect staff uniforms and resolve any complaints regarding dining room service, ensuring that every member feels valued and cared for. You will also manage payroll, maintain inventory, and check that all equipment and dining areas meet cleanliness and safety standards. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, you will assist in developing exciting menu offerings and beverage promotions to enhance the overall dining experience at our club.

Here's what we need from you:

  • Experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a private club or upscale dining environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems and experience in conflict resolution
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to outstanding member service
