At REVIVA we are looking for a talented individual driven to work on a team in a fast - paced environment dedicated to excellence and superior customer satisfaction. We have provided high quality re-manufactured diesel and gas engines and components for over 75 years. Family owned and operated company that has grown into the largest independently owned and operated engine re-manufacturer in North America. We have an Inside Sales Agent opening at our Company Headquarters, conveniently located off 694 and University Avenue in Fridley, MN
Summary:
The Inside Sales Agent is the main "go to" person for Reviva customers and the role performs the below activities: In this exciting role, you'll directly impact our bottom line. You'll leverage your communication skills to handle inbound inquiries, craft compelling quotes, and nurture customer relationships. By collaborating with Account Managers, you'll guide customers through the sales journey and close deals.
Responsibilities
- As first line of contact with customer, answer all engine inquiries via phone and email
- Generate quotes and send to customer via email.
- Place customer orders.
- Assist Business Development Managers with invoices, tracking and general order information.
- Work with internal teams to help the company initiatives win new business.
- Provides customer service relative to quotes, orders, invoices, and product shipments.
Background / Experience
- High School degree; prefer Associates degree. Prior customer experience a plus.
- Experience working with Sales Force or similar type of computer system.
- Organized, flexible with the ability to learn different tasks quickly.
- Experience or ability to learn engine business.
- Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Effective presence on phone or email with customers
Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
You will be sitting at a desk operating the computer system and answering phone calls and emails for extended periods of time.
