- Customers / orders logistics: Welcoming new customers, handling online orders including pulling / packing. Filtering generic email inquiries.
Workflows & Data Management
- Database maintenance: Inputting customer, financial, and operational information into company platforms.
- Reporting tracking: Gathering metric data to compile weekly production or performance reports for leadership.
- Assembly department: Potential work in our hands on assembly department as the need arises.
Key Skills Required
- Organization: Managing multiple departmental requests simultaneously without data entry errors.
- Technical proficiency: Mastery of office suites like Google Sheets, cloud workspace management, and database tools.
