Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A high school Special Education Teacher opportunity is available for the uping school year on a contract basis. This role involves working with a caseload of approximately 25 students, providing specialized instruction and support tailored to their unique learning needs. The position is located in Lebanon, PA, within a high school setting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student in pliance with federal and state guidelines.
- Deliver tailored instruction that meets diverse educational needs while fostering inclusion and engagement.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and progress toward goals.
- Adjust teaching strategies based on ongoing assessment and student feedback.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification.
- Experience working with high school students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP development, and instructional strategies.
- Excellent munication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and organize documentation.
