Job Title: Manufacturing Program / Operations Manager
Shift: 3AM to 12PM & 8AM to 4PM (HYBRID)
Job Overview
This role supports the Program Office and manufacturing teams to ensure products are planned, built, and delivered on time. The focus is on production planning, manufacturing readiness, and operational execution, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, recover delays, and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and maintain production plans aligned with program requirements.
- Ensure manufacturing readiness, including capacity, throughput, and supply continuity.
- Develop a baseline production plan, identify gaps, and track progress through monthly reports.
- Work directly with the Program Office to support special projects and execution plans.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Monitor overdue or delayed products and support recovery planning.
- Track manufacturing progress and material availability to prevent shortages.
- Support cost reduction initiatives through operational and supply chain planning.
- Perform standard operations management and execution tasks.
- Follow RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) processes where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or supply chain management.
- Working knowledge of SAP to track production orders, shortages, and demand allocation.
- Strong ability in part shortage analysis and material tracking.
- Experience with mechanical manufacturing components.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills for reporting and decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to work with multiple factories and operational teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
