HireQuest is seeking reliable individuals for an Inventory Specialist Position. This role
involves assisting with material weighing, data entry, and customer interaction as vehicles enter and exit the location. Ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with basic computer systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment to weigh inbound/outbound vehicles
- Enter load information into system accurately
- Provide receipts, tickets, and documentation to drivers
- Communicate with customers and process transactions
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be 18 years or older
Working Conditions
- Indoor office-style environment adjacent to equipment traffic
- May require sitting for extended periods
- Exposure to noise and dust from yard operations
- PPE may be required depending on facility
- Other duties assigned as needed
