Then assess which loan products best fits their needs to succeed. This is a high-impact, sales-focused role ideal for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Submit to a Background check.

  • Generate leads and build relationships with business owners seeking commercial financing.

  • Consult with clients to understand their financial needs, obtain necessary documents, determine if they qualify for a loan, then submit all to the company CEO.

  • Stay informed on lending partners and current processes.

  • Attend training videos and Zoom conferencing

What You Bring:

  • Excellent communication skills, you know how to listen, pitch, and close deals.

  • Strong computer skills, comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and financial software.

  • Sales mindset, goal-oriented, persuasive, and motivated by results.- Ability to analyze financial documents and assess creditworthiness.

  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently.

  • Prior experience in finance, lending, or sales is a plus, but not required.
