Job Description:
Blazer Jobs is hiring a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) for a full-time, school-based position in Conroe, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year in a structured and encouraging environment. You will work closely with experienced mentors and a multidisciplinary team to support students with speech and language needs across various age groups.
This role offers hands-on experience in evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention services, all while helping you build your confidence and skills in a collaborative educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language screenings and evaluations

Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy under the supervision of a certified SLP

Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff

Document student progress and therapy outcomes

Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions
-
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Texas Intern SLP License or eligibility for licensure

Eligible to begin Clinical Fellowship (CFY)

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Passion for working with children and supporting student communication

Ability to pass all required background checks and fingerprinting
