What you’ll be doing:
- Providing skilled OT services under the supervision of an OT to improve resident independence and daily function
- Assisting in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with PTs, SLPs, nursing, and facility staff
- Completing timely and compliant documentation
- Educating residents, families, and staff on adaptive strategies, safety, and therapeutic exercises

- Active New York COTA license
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- A resident-centered, team-oriented approach
