Job Description
Project Manager/Field Superintendent will be responsible of managing & supervising 1-3 Single Family Residences new construction projects in the Miami/Ft.Lauderdale area.
Main Responsibilites include :
Oversight and Sequencing of Sub-contractors and vendors on a daily basis
Create, follow and update construction schedule
Manage permitting and inspection processes
Understanding and enforcing all Construction Drawings & Details
Engage in direct communication with clients, architects and interior designers
Supervise and control construction management processes such as : RFI's, Daily Reports, Weekly Reports, Submittals, Change Orders, Shop Drawings
Qualificatons :
Fluid in English
Experience in residential construction.
Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail and comunicational skills.
Advance skills in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)
