Job DescriptionWarehouse Material HandlerAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a Warehouse Material Handler for a company based in Largo, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as accurately picking jobs for production in a timely manner, placing returned materials and quarantine releases into warehouse racking, operating a Forklift/ pallet jack, and other related duties.
Pay Rate
$17.00 -$19.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule and Hours1st shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm 2nd shift: Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am **Some Saturdays might be required as needed**Warehouse Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and put away inventory
- Get customers' orders ready and pack them up
- Operate forklift or pallet jacks and work at heights up to 35 feet
- Load and relocate boxes and pallets for shipment
- Use scanners to read bar codes on products
Warehouse Material Handler Qualifications and Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse or shipping experience
- Ability to operate an electric pallet jack or forklift
- Forklift certificate is a plus!
- Basic reading and math skills
- Steel-toe boots required
