Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Amsterdam, NY. .

Job Details:

• Location: Amsterdam, NY

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shifts: 12-hour days shifts, 36 hours per week

• Setting: Hospital-based Emergency Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department

• Conduct forensic examinations as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE)

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols

• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to interventions

• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care

• Adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines

Requirements:

• Active NY RN license

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications by AHA

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER RN experience

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
