This includes working with technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components for Salesforce, as well as general web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, interacting with APIs and IPaaS for integrations, and database platforms such as MSSQL.

  • Technology Stack Modernization: Assist in transitioning away from our ColdFusion (CFML) platform by systematically analyzing, designing, and developing replacement solutions in other core platforms and managing data migration, with the goal of successfully decommissioning the original system.

  • Applied AI Exploration & Support: Assist in researching, testing, and implementing applied Artificial Intelligence solutions within existing platforms or new tools to automate tasks, improve data analysis, and enhance user interactions for staff, faculty, and students.

  • Data Management: Support data pipeline development, import, export, cleansing, and de-duplication efforts to maintain data quality and integrity across various systems.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into user adoption, data trends, and operational efficiency for various platforms. Utilize analytics and reporting tools to inform decision-making.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Admissions, Registrar, Student Life, and Academic departments, to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. Collaborate on projects using TeamDynamix.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, processes, and custom development.

  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with new releases and features of our core platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Slate), general web technologies, and emerging trends in applied AI, recommending and implementing relevant updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.

  • 1+ years of experience in a technology platform administration or development role, with exposure to CRM or similar systems.
