Job Description

Creative Pieces Behavior Associates is hiring experienced Behavior Therapists (BTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. We provide home-base ABA therapy to clients in their home, so this job requires travel.

You will implement top-quality behavior modification programs through one-on-one therapy, collect data electronically, assist with parent training, and coordinate with other team members to offer an incredibly valuable service to our clients and families.

Training:

We will provide training to our behavior therapists, even if you are already certified. We have high standards.

Compensation: Rate ranges between $18-22/hr

**All Positions Are Paid Hourly & is Fee for Service**

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct service working 1:1 with clients applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

• Input accurate data using our electronic data collection

• Write clear and concise daily notes summarizing each session in a professional manner

• Communicate effectively with all managers, supervisors and parents

• Travel to clients home (reliable transportation is a must)

• Be on time and prompt for the session and clock in/out for each session

• Consistent Attendance

Qualification:

• High School Diploma (some college experience preferred)

• Previous work experience with children between the ages of 2-18 (experience with

children with developmental disabilities preferred).

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, and spend time on your feet.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• CPR certification preferred & must present a valid background check upon hire

• Reliable Transportation

*Exudes not only an agreement to comply with the technologies of ABA, but a confidence n the effectiveness of the science.
