Project Manager - Division 10
Position Overview
The Project Manager - Division 10 will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to bathroom accessories, toilet partitions, etc. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for the procurement of Division 10 materials.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all milestones are met.
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations in all project phases.
- Prepare and present project documentation, including reports and proposals, to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically in Division 10 projects.
- Strong understanding of toilet partitions and bathroom accessories.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
