Job Qualifications
Self-driven, flexible, leads by example mentality with strong interpersonal skills
Positive, energetic, “can do” attitude working in a fast paced fun environment
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required)
5+ years of experience in a finance and accounting environment with at least one year of restaurant or multi-unit experience
Must be highly proficient in the use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of BI tools a plus
Ability to lead complex financial analysis and problem solving
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Essential Job Duties:
Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts at both the corporate and store levels, incorporating sales, labor, COGS, and overhead.
Performance Analysis: Analyze restaurant-level P&L statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve profitability across locations.
KPI Development & Monitoring: Create and manage dashboards tracking key metrics like same-store sales, labor efficiency, food cost %, and EBITDA by location to inform decision-making.
Strategic Support: Partner with operations, marketing, and real estate teams to evaluate new store openings, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies using financial models.
Reporting & Insights: Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports with actionable insights for senior leadership, including scenario analysis and recommendations for cost optimization or growth initiatives.
Responsible for annual budget process.
Define, track and report on key operating metrics and benchmark against competitors
Assist CFO with preparation of any financial or operational analysis as requested
Work effectively to automate financial reporting
Serve as a key point of contact for data and analytics for the management team
Calculate and analyze ROI on CapEx and R&M projects
ADA Requirements/Physical Standards:
- · Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility and reasonable range of motion such as bending, stooping, standing, walking, stirring, lifting to complete physical tasks related to responsibilities for up to eight (8) hours

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required)
- 5-7 years of experience in a finance and accounting environment with at least one year of restaurant or multi-unit experience
- Must be highly proficient in the use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
