Responsibilities – Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks

Utilize ServiceTitan for job tracking, billing, and reporting

Manage office administration tasks, scheduling, and communication with customers and vendors

Prepare invoices, payment reports, and financial summaries

Support company leadership with administrative and operational needs
Qualifications – Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration

Proficiency with QuickBooks and ServiceTitan (required)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to multitask and work independently

Background check required prior to employment
Compensation & Benefits – Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

$20–$30 per hour, based on experience
