GrowNScale is hiring a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator in Palm City, FL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, and general office administration.

Responsibilities – Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

  • Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks

  • Utilize ServiceTitan for job tracking, billing, and reporting

  • Manage office administration tasks, scheduling, and communication with customers and vendors

  • Prepare invoices, payment reports, and financial summaries

  • Support company leadership with administrative and operational needs

Qualifications – Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and ServiceTitan (required)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Background check required prior to employment

Compensation & Benefits – Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

  • $20–$30 per hour, based on experience

  • 401(k) with 6% company match after 6 months
