This is NOT a desk job. You’ll be out in the community, shaking hands, stopping in on referral partners, taking people to lunch, attending events, and representing the TQI brand with integrity and energy.
You do not need an insurance license — just personality, professionalism, and the hunger to grow.
Position: Community Relationship Builder / Referral Partner Liaison
Location: Travel required throughout Greenville, Charlotte, Columbia, and surrounding areas
Compensation: Salary + performance incentives

What You’ll Do
- Proactively cold call, drop in, and visit potential referral partners (lenders, realtors, business owners, etc.).
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships that lead to consistent referral streams.
- Take partners to lunch, host meetings, attend networking events, and represent TQI throughout the community.
- Travel regularly to Greenville, Charlotte, Columbia, and nearby areas to build new and existing relationships.
- Serve as a liaison between referral partners and the agency to ensure smooth communication.
- Promote and strengthen the TQI brand through professionalism, personality, and top-tier relationship building.
- Document partner interactions and maintain an organized pipeline of relationships.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand TQI’s regional footprint.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies.

- No insurance license required.
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Experience in sales, hospitality, community outreach, customer service, or business development.
- Prior networking or community engagement experience.
- Familiarity with real estate, mortgages, or insurance (not mandatory).
