Job DescriptionProduction Associate / Soldering Technician
Job Summary
Build and assemble products in a manufacturing environment. This position involves soldering, wiring, assembly work, and using hand tools to ensure products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components following work instructions.
- Perform soldering on small parts and electronic components.
- Build and connect wiring and cable assemblies.
- Use hand tools to assemble and test products.
- Inspect work for quality and accuracy.
- Label and move materials between workstations.
- Complete production paperwork as required.
- Help with other assembly, wiring, and production tasks as needed.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with small parts and hand tools.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Team player willing to learn different production tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or soldering experience.
- Experience with wiring or cable assembly.
- Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Concord, NH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
