About the Role:
We’re seeking a Commercial Landscape Account Manager to maintain and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts across Tampa Bay.
This role is perfect for someone with proven account management experience in commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, or facilities services and thrives on building strong client relationships and ensuring top-quality service delivery.

What You’ll Do:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned commercial accounts
-Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
-Conduct site visits to monitor service quality and address client needs
-Identify opportunities to enhance current services (seasonal updates, irrigation upgrades, landscape improvements)
-Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery
-Track all client communications and account activity in CRM systems
Who You Are:
-Experience in commercial account management including landscaping, grounds maintenance, or facilities services
-Skilled in relationship management, consultative service, and account retention
-Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
