COMPENSATION
- Employment Type: Full-time W2
- CPM: $0.56 – $0.65 based on verifiable experience
- Weekly Pay: $1,400 – $1,600 average
- Annual Salary: $71,000 – $85,000
- Weekly Miles: 2,200 – 2,500 average
- Bonuses: Weekly safety and performance bonuses
- Pay Frequency: Weekly direct deposit
- Orientation: Paid — travel and hotel provided
HOME TIME
- Bi-weekly — home every two weeks on a consistent, planned rotation
FREIGHT & EQUIPMENT
- Mostly no-touch dry van freight — approximately 70% drop and hook
- OTR, regional, and dedicated fleet options available
- Late-model 2022–2025 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with APUs

ENTRY LEVEL DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM
- Valid Class A CDL required — or proof of 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school
- Training duration: 3 to 5 weeks one-on-one with an assigned mentor
- Training pay: $650.00 per week — guaranteed throughout
- Covers safe handling, ELD compliance, pre/post-trip inspections, and company procedures
- Supervised miles and evaluations completed before going solo
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate Class A tractor-trailer in full compliance with DOT regulations
- Handle no-touch dry van freight on scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, DVIRs, and trip reports
- Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
- 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience — waived for trainees
- Acceptable driving record with focus on safety
- No DOT preventable accidents or major accidents on record
- Any DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an automatic disqualification
- No more than 2 preventable incidents on record
- No termination from previous employer due to safety-related concerns
- Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test
- No commercial vehicle DUI within the last 5 years
- Must pass DOT physical exam and pre-employment drug screen
