Job Description**Job Title:** Fulfillment Helper
**Hourly Rate:** $17/hr
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM ** Greenville, WI
**Job Description:**
- **Order Processing:** Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders.
- **Inventory Management:** Assist in maintaining an organized and accurate inventory, including restocking shelves and tracking product levels.
- **Quality Control:** Inspect products for quality assurance before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Shipping Support:** Prepare and label packages for shipment, and assist in the loading of products onto delivery vehicles.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and maintain a positive work environment.
**Requirements:**
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
