5-Axis CNC Machinist / Programmer

Colorado Springs, CO

$40–48/hr | 1st Shift | Overtime Available

We are hiring an experienced 5-Axis CNC Machinist / Programmer to join a well-established, ISO-certified machine shop in Colorado Springs.

This is a technically driven shop focused on precision machining, tight tolerances, and high-quality standards. We’re looking for someone confident programming complex 5-axis parts and taking ownership of their work from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Program 5-axis mills (any CAM background welcome)

• Fusion 360 experience is a plus (primary software used)

• Set up and run your own jobs

• Optimize programs and improve cycle times

• Work in a structured, quality-driven ISO environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong 5-axis programming experience

• Ability to take parts from print → program → setup → production

• Comfortable reading blueprints & working with tight tolerances

• Experience in an ISO-certified or quality-driven shop preferred
