Role: Process Engineer I or Technician IV
Duration: 12 months
Location: Onsite, Maple Grove, MN

Job Purpose:
Assists in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment.
Under direct supervision/guidance, compiles, analyzes and reports operational, test, and research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified products, processes, or materials.
Provide build support to technical leaders as necessary.
Provide prototyping support and execution as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertakes and successfully completes simple or basic project/product development tasks to include any of the following: writing and/or verifying specifications, maintaining product/process documentation, testing processes, equipment, raw materials and product, and validating equipment and processes.
2. May assist in inventing / creating concepts and designs/approaches for new products/processes/test methods.
3. Designs, procures, and fabricates simple tooling and fixtures.
4. Designs and coordinates rudimentary engineering tests and experiments.
5. Applies the Technical Development Process (TDP)/Product Development Process (PDP) methodologies.
6. Prepares standard reports/documentation to communicate results to technical community.
7. Completes basic tasks on engineering documentation.
8. Train technicians/operators on new processes and/or test procedures.
9. Identifies areas for improvement, suggests solutions, and submits idea records.

Qualifications:
0 - 1 Year with BS (For EI role)
High School degree with 8+ years of experience or Associates degree with 6+ years of experience (For Experienced technician)
Catheter experience, material science experience is a nice to have.
