Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join our dedicated team at Super 8 by Wyndham in Duluth, MN, as a Housekeeper! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure all guest supplies and amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist in laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
- Complete special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
