We are currently looking to add a Drainage Engineer to our team. As a Drainage Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage stormwater systems for public and private projects
• Perform spread calculations, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, drainage tabulation analysis, drainage map delineation, and scour analysis to create drainage plans for transportation projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal stormwater requirements
• Design and inspection of best management practices for erosion and sediment control
• Prepare engineering reports, contract documents and permitting documents.
• Prepare construction plans consistent with PRHTA standards
• Potential to serve as the Engineer-of-Record on assigned engineering tasks
• Responsible for managing timely completion of multiple assigned tasks
• Coordination with other disciplines and meetings with clients
• Lead quality control efforts for the drainage group

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE)
• Years of Experience: 4+ years
• Proficiency in stormwater software (e.g., HEC-RAS, ICPR, BMPTRAINS, HydroCAD, PondPack, etc)
• Bridge hydraulics and scour analyses experience are a plus
