Start Date: March 2, 2026
Location: Davie, Florida
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM with liver call coverage; 36–40 guaranteed hours per week; on-call 1 shift per week plus two 12-hour weekend shifts per month

• Teaching facility with 230 staffed beds and 18 operating rooms; daily census of 55–60 patients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of direct transplant OR experience required (non-negotiable)
• Strong, documented experience in liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant procedures – must include organ implantation, not only procurement
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required at time of submission; NIHSS must be obtained prior to start
• Active Florida RN license or willingness to obtain (pending license accepted)
• Nicotine-free status required – negative 10-panel drug screen plus cotinine test within 12 months of start date
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two professional references from direct supervisor, manager, or director
• Willingness to float within scope and participate in teaching as needed
