What does a Installation Foreman do?
As a Full-Time Installation Foreman at Commercial Recreation Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and leading the crew, dedicating 15% of your time to ensuring that your team operates at peak performance. You'll engage in project management, overseeing all aspects of each job, contributing another 5% to the smooth execution of projects. Your primary responsibility will involve the maintenance and installation of playgrounds, splashpads, and various recreation equipment, accounting for 50% of your daily tasks. Additionally, you'll operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and telehandlers, ensuring efficient and effective construction installation. Your leadership and expertise will directly shape the quality and safety of the projects we deliver, making a lasting impact on local communities.
Requirements for this Installation Foreman job
To thrive as a Full-Time Installation Foreman at Commercial Recreation Specialists, candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for an AA, AS, BA, or BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of field supervision experience in the recreational environment is essential, along with a general understanding of standard construction and trade practices, including low-voltage electrical, plumbing, concrete work, and excavation. Familiarity with construction installation processes and crew leadership will be vital for success.
Additionally, applicants must have a valid driver's license with a good driving history and dependable transportation.
