Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A radiologic technologist with ARRT registration, Maine RT licensure, and BLS certification is sought for a 36-hour per week contract position in York, ME. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, overnights (for CT-trained technologists), and weekends across multiple locations: the main hospital campus in York and seven regional walk-in care centers located in York, Wells, Sanford, Berwick, South Berwick, and Kittery.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality radiologic exams with exceptional patient care
  • Operate and provide imaging services including Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, C-Arm, CT, and portable radiology as needed
  • Assist with patient registration and clerical tasks to support walk-in team operations
  • Adapt to varied duties and maintain flexibility to work across all assigned locations and shifts
  • Uphold timecard accuracy in accordance with established policies

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Valid Maine RT Licensure
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 2 years hospital-based radiology experience preferred
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, C-Arm, CT, and portable radiology procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to enhancing team performance and patient experience
