YOUR DAY
As our Administrative Specialist, you'll be the central support for our daily operations. You'll help manage schedules, maintain records, oversee projects, handle data entry, and communicate with clients and vendors. You'll also assist with research, special projects, and general business support. Every day brings variety, and your role is key to keeping everything running smoothly.
YOUR HOURS
This full-time position is primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, with shifts typically occurring between 8 AM and 7 PM. Hours and days may occasionally vary to meet business needs, which can include a weekend shift.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree, or greater
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative role
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting role
- 2+ years of QuickBooks experience
- 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- 2+ years of Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint experience
