Key Qualifications:
- Completion of at least 48 college semester units or an Associate’s degree (AA/AS)
- Ability to pass a thorough background and fingerprint screening

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with lesson delivery, materials preparation, and classroom management
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with varying learning needs
- Encourage positive behavior and engagement through active participation
- Help to create an environment where all students feel included, respected, and capable
- Take part in staff meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities
