Clinical Therapist LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT – Substance Use & Mental Health that is already enrolled with Medicaid to bill for services.

Part-Time Direct Hire for 20-30 hours a week | Colorado Springs, Colorado

A growing behavioral health organization is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their team providing treatment for individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
\n

Responsibilities\n

Conduct behavioral health and substance use assessments
- \n
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- \n
Provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy (3–4 groups per week)
- \n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- \n
Collaborate with case managers, medical staff, and community partners
- \n
Provide services in both clinical and community-based settings
\n

Required\n
- \n
- \n
Fully Licensed as a LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Already enrolled with Medicaid for billing
- \n
Trauma-informed therapy training (EMDR or similar) along with SUD experience
- \n
Individual and Group therapy experience
\n
\n
\n
\n
