Experienced Cook / Sous Chef
The Breakroom Bar & Grill – Clearwater, FL
Starting Pay: $20/hr – up to $25/hr after evaluation period
The Breakroom Bar & Grill is looking for a skilled and motivated cook or sous chef to join our team. We’re a fun, laid-back restaurant serving American eclectic fare, and we take pride in offering quality food with creative flair. If you love what you do, have a passion for great food, and want to work in a kitchen where your ideas are valued, we’d love to meet you.
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience or culinary school education

Strong cooking and prep skills across a variety of stations

Reliable, professional, and coachable team player

Creative with the ability to help design recipes and new menu items

Strong communication and leadership skills — potential to grow into a Sous Chef role

Must have reliable transportation and a consistent work ethic
