Your Role:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change.
- Collect and analyze data on patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals (including schools) working with individuals with autism.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors in school settings.
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on FBA results.
- Provide training and support to school personnel on effective behavior management strategies.
Requirements
- Hold a Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation and assessment tools.
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in completing ABA assessments (clinic based) and treatment plan writing.
- Skilled in conducting FBA's within schools.
- Proficient in crafting detailed FBA reports.
- Experience in supporting and writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis methods.
- Knowledge of insurance/billing preferred
