About the Position:
- Join employed team of2 established Cardiothoracic Surgeons
- Practice full scope of cardiac and thoracic surgery
- Advanced Hybrid OR available, plus fully-equipped on-site procedure rooms
- Our surgeons utilize the Da Vinci 5 and three Da Vinci XI Robotic Surgical Systems
- Only facility in the Texas Panhandle with this advanced robotic surgical system technology, and proudly first to offer this in West Texas
- Cardiac Anesthesiologist support
- First Assist APP support in OR, and dedicated APP support in inpatient & clinic settings
- State-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization Labs
- Strong cardiology community of general and interventional cardiologists
- Growing cardiac program- in the process of developing an advanced ECMO program
- 1:3 Call Rotation
Minimum Qualifications:
- ABS Board Certified/Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon
- Fellowship-Trained in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Ability to perform both cardiac and thoracic surgeries is required
