We are growing and looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations across these organizations.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple entities

Record and reconcile financial transactions

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Complete bank and credit card reconciliations

Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Work closely with company leadership and external CPA partners

Organize tax files quartly
Qualifications
-
Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience required

Experience handling multiple entities is highly preferred

Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organization and time-management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality
