Warehouse Manager (Mid-Level)
Elmwood Park, NJ (on-site)
We’re hiring a warehouse manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our DTC brand (Veiled) and our 3PL.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll manage the team, own execution on the floor, and ensure everything runs smoothly across receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:30 AM
Location: Elmwood Park, NJ (must be able to commute reliably)
Type: Full-time
What you’ll do:
- Manage warehouse staff (associates + analysts) and daily workflow
- Own scheduling, task assignment, and labor planning
- Oversee receiving, counting, inventory accuracy, and organization
- Ensure smooth pick/pack operations and on-time order fulfillment
- Coordinate carrier pickups, shipments, and logistics
- Maintain and hit client SLAs and performance targets
- Identify issues (delays, errors, inefficiencies) and solve them quickly
- Work closely with systems/reporting to keep operations aligned
- Help enforce processes, standards, and accountability across the team
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience managing warehouse or fulfillment operations
- Strong leadership and ability to manage both people and processes
- Highly reliable and consistently on time (day starts at 7:30 AM)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable being hands-on — this is not a desk-only role
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in e-commerce or 3PL environments
- Familiarity with WMS/OMS systems, shipping platforms, Shopify, etc.
- Experience managing SLAs and client expectations
What success looks like:
- Orders go out on time and accurately
- Inventory is clean and well-managed
- Team is productive, accountable, and well-coordinated
- Operations run smoothly without constant escalation
- Clients (internal + external) are consistently satisfied
Note: This role supports both Veiled and an affiliated 3PL, so responsibilities may flex based on business needs.
