This position is responsible for ensuring objectives and deliverables are met according to school expectations and requirements, including but not limited to providing student support services, personal development skills, education intervention services for students (14 to 21) attending RAHS by performing the following duties.
Job Duties
- Acts as the first point of contact for potential students.
- Checks Inquiry Form daily.
- Develops and enacts re-engagement plan for former students.
- Monitors student enrollment, attendance, and program engagement.
- Coordinates with the Dean on student management issues.
- Performs Summer outreach for forecasting.
- Administers parent surveys to gauge school and program satisfaction among stakeholders.
- Collects, analyzes, and reports on outcomes.
- Provides support to improve attendance at parent teacher conferences and back to school night.
- Works to create plans and strategies to improve family engagement.
- Plans extra-curricular activities for the community.
- Forms and maintains positive working relationships with community stakeholders.
- Acts as a chaperone for school sponsored field trips and extra-curricular activities.
- Applies knowledge of social service practices and experience working with families from diverse backgrounds.
- Reports on student and family demographics.
- Administers surveys and reports on the results.
- Provides data on attendance.
- Collects student data/program connections.
- Provides engagement update reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience/Education
A bachelor’s degree is required this role. In addition to the education requirement, this position requires three years related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be used to satisfy these requirements.
