Schedule/Hours:
- Nights: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
- Weekend: 3 weekend shifts per schedule period
- Holiday: Shift coverage required as scheduled
Qualifications:
- Active Alaska RN license (must be obtained prior to starting)
- Minimum 2 years of current ICU RN experience (5+ years preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Willingness to float as a functional nurse if census is low
Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-quality care in a high-acuity ICU environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating clinical expertise and sound judgment
- Safely manage critical patients and respond quickly to emergent situations
- Support safe patient transitions throughout the facility (floating as required)
