We are excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Our organization emphasizes evidence-based medicine within a collaborative environment. We are seeking a physician who is passionate about practicing comprehensive Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and is eager to work alongside advanced practice clinicians who play a vital role in our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management.
  • Engage in evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted California Medical License.
  • Current DEA license required prior to starting employment.

Benefits and Opportunities

  • The stated compensation range is a base salary for full-time clinicians (1.0 FTE) and does not include additional incentives or benefits. Adjustments may be made based on experience, training, community needs, and other relevant factors.
  • A residency stipend of $1,000 per month is available for residents who commit to employment for a maximum of 12 months.
  • Eligibility for shareholder status after two years of service.
