What You’ll Do

Serve as the main point of contact for clients—handling policy updates, quotes, claims assistance, and renewals.

Educate and advise clients on coverage options that fit their needs and budgets.

Onboard new clients from start to finish: gather data, quote, bind, and handle cancellations or transitions.

Proactively review policies, recommend coverage changes, and round out accounts.

Resolve service issues quickly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.

Maintain thorough records of all client interactions in our agency management system.
What You Bring

Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License

2+ years of experience in a personal lines account management role

Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and confident

Organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease

Familiarity with AMS360 preferred
