Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant to support a busy front office for one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and take detailed messages
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
- Support front office operations
- Monitor and manage executive email inbox
- Handle general email correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and document organization
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Prior administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic computer and email proficiency
