A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school located in Naval Anacost Annex, DC. This role offers the opportunity to work within a single campus setting on a contract-to-hire basis, with a schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The position requires strong expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology in a school environment, ideal for candidates holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure with a focus on pediatric populations
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working specifically in school-based settings
- Familiarity with school speech therapy procedures and practices
- Ability to provide direct services, complete evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students aged 5-18
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and district policies
- Participate in meetings related to student progress and educational planning
