Laboratory Director

Bring your leadership to the heart of hospital operations as the Director of Laboratory Services. Reporting to the COO, CMO, or designee, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering accurate, timely, and reliable test results that drive exceptional patient care. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science or Physical Science OR Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technician.
- 8 years working in a clinical laboratory setting with experience in Pathology, Chemistry and Hematology and History.
- 3 years of progressive leadership experience in an acute care facility.
- Certification from an accredited laboratory certification program: CLS, MLS, MT or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ progressive leadership experience in the laboratory setting.
- 3+ years’ management experience.
Benefits and Compensation: 103,000k-130,000K Compensation DOE, along with many other great benefits.
